Workshop Series Description:
We can gather again! Come grab a cup of coffee early Sunday morning and join Megan Riley for an hour long, nature-based community gathering. Held every 1st Sunday of the month, we’ll meet outside of Steel City Coffeehouse & Brewery, 8am-9am. Gatherings will include meditations, gentle walks, along with ‘nature-connection’ practices and discussions. An easygoing Sunday morning in Phoenixville!

With a background in counseling, yoga, meditation, and Native American studies, Megan comes ready to explore with the Phoenixville community the why, the how, and the necessity in reconnecting with self and with our Earth Mother once again. Native American traditions and teachings have profoundly impacted the way Megan views life, this physical world, and that of the spiritual world. She dedicates her life to Walking the Good Red Road, which speaks to a way of being in this world: a way of being with our own true self, a way of being with each other as a human race, and a way of being with our Mother Earth.
